Oil Leak on a '87 Turbo II with '90 Motor

So I have this annoying oil leak on my RX7. So this is what happened: My car was burning out when I first got it, I changed it to brand new 5w30. The smoking lessened considerably but I got a massive oil leak coming from somewhere near the oil pan. I thought it was the classic oil filter pedestal, but after wiping everything down to isolate the leak I found it was coming from somewhere near the bottom on the spark plug side UNDER the oil filter pedestal. There's a metal [oil?] line that runs into the bottom of the engine [oil pan?]. What is that? Anyways here's a quick vid:

You have an oil cooler line in that area.
takes a 15/16th socket to get the bolt off.
