Ams-Oil, 20W-50 summer and 5W-30 or 10W-30 in the winter. I have also used Castrol GTX, and found both to be good. As far as filters, I use WIX in all my cars.

Nice! Yeah I also put amsoil on my mr2 turbo. Might use it on my rx7
