So last night i pulled my dead altenator out and this morning put a brand new one in, the car usually starts right up, but i went to crank nothing, no guages lit up, not even any low battery clicking, the only thing that came on was the door light and the chime for key in the ignition, any help guys??

 

Was the battery disconnected when you were replacing the alternator? You could have blown a fuse. Check the engine bay fuses with a multimeter.
