No start 3rd gen R1

Ok the history.

Problem- no start, has spark and car will start if brake or carb cleaner is is squirted into the intake and after it gets going it will stay going as long as I keep the RPMS up.

History- 1993 rx7, New JDM motor just installed, came with ecu(i've tried both thinking maybe someone in japan had switched the injectors) Same problem. Car sat for a few years, I drained the gas and used the fuel pump to flush the rest of the fuel out. Fill it up flushed it again did this twice and replaced the fuel filter.

Issues-
1. Down by the ecu there is a single wire female spade connector that I do not see its mate.
2. I think its a brake booster hose(for japan car) Comes from the lower portion of the intake manifold closes to the firewall, goes down and crosses under the tail portion of the transmission and looks as if it should go somewhere in this vicinity. Do I just need to cap this off I can hear a vacume leak from here. (wondering if this might be causing the issue because ecu is seeing lowing vacuum number with a closed tps and this is why she'll stay going if keep the rpms up.
3. Engine bay fuse box diagram sticker has come off and I was missing some fuses and I need to know what goes in them. Or where I can find a diagram for it.
4. Oil pressure spade connector broke off, will be fixed but would this contribute to my problem.
5. Single plug where the cluster ***** nest is under the intake manifold there is a single plug that I can't find where it plugs into. wire colors are black with whitestripe and brown with yellow stripe

Thanks in advance.

Along time has past and out of all the years of being a mechanic this one has kicked my a$$ the most.

I could start the car with brake cleaner but if I kept spaying brake clean it would flood out. front rotor was getting way too much fuel and rear was getting barley enough.

Finally found a cluster of about 5 wires that were melted together. The front rotor was getting an injector signal to both injectors to be open constant. The rear rotors injectors were grounded out.

I finally got it to run and idle smooth. Now I bought the car with a blown rotor a fresh new down pipe and 4in Greddy exhaust. Now that I've got the car running and can drive it around I can feel that the car is over boosting. One time was enough for me I heard detonation and have since not taken the car over 4500 rpms. So I'm pretty sure what killed the original motor was the new down pipe and 4 inch exhaust and no way to control the boost. Because the stock turbos waste-gate is so small and the new big exhaust is so free flowing the path of least resistance is through the exhaust turbine therefore the boost just keeps creeping. So I'm left with two options; 1 see what it entails to remove the stock waste-gates and see what it is needed to install an external waste-gate. On previous cars this was by far one of my best upgrades(rock solid boost means way easier to tune), and 2 port the stock waste-gate holes and hope it will keep the boost down.

On another note. I'm not looking for speed with this car. I'm looking for beauty and reliability.

I'm a metal fabricator and have no problems going in to the stock exhaust housing and drilling them out to run small tubes in them to a y meeting point and installing a 44mm external waste-gate I'm just not sure that this is the way to go with this car also there might be an alternative that I haven't come across yet. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction.
