No idle, desperately need help

This is my first post i’m sorry if this isn’t the right place to post. So I just bought a 86’ Rx7 and the motor was just rebuilt currently has 4600kms and I just recently decided to change all belts and after changing them the car would start and run for about 2 seconds and die. I jiggled the throttle “cable” and then started it and it would work fine. Just today the car would idle VERY rough around 500-700rpm but wouldn’t die. I also have detailed the engine bay I made 100% sure to not soak anything electrical but something may have gotten wet. I’m not sure if the car is misfiring, vaccum leaks, dirty sensors or throttle body. I’m not sure if I hit/knocked something off but I know 100% i’m making compression and the motor is fine. I’m in desperate need of help/advice. I have videos with sound if anyone would like.
