CA Next mods, any suggestions?

So I've officially caught the bug and despite just getting my car back from the shop with some new goodies on it, I'm looking for more stuff already. Here's what's currently on the car:

-- Sakebombgarage's upgraded 25 row dual oil cooler kit
-- RX7.com's in-house SMIC
-- Koyo N-Flow Dual Pass Radiator
-- Petit AST
-- Bonez Downpipe
-- Racingbeat Dual tip Catback
-- Tein Super Street Coilovers
-- Enkei RPF1 wheels

I think that's it. I want to avoid getting into the fuel system. Perhaps a higher flow pump, but nothing that actually requires additional fuel management other than what the stock ECU already does. No injectors, PFC, etc...for now. I also would like to just keep the boost at stock level, so I'm not sure I'd even need a boost controller.

I was thinking front and rear sway and strut bars would be nice. Basically I'm looking for any basic power mods (again that don't require more fuel), anything else with the suspension, and any way to reduce unsprung weight.

So if this were your car, where would you go next?

I would immediately pick up a boost gauge.

The Enkei's likely aren't any heavier than the stock wheels. But agree on the boost gauge, along with an temperature gauge if you don't have them already.
You also likely have a rear shock tower brace in the car. AFAIK, all FD's came with them. You could add the stock 'R' model brace to the front.

Getting more power at stock boost level in CA (emissions) is going to be tough. Just optimizing what you have...new plugs, wires, auxillary grounds maybe your best bet. Personally I'd stay with the stock NGK plugs and OEM wires.
What intake are you using? One that sources ambient air from the nose w/o scavanging it from the IC duct will help. K & N or some free'r flowing intake.
There is what they call the "enfini 'Y' pipe" that would help a little. It's a re-design of the 'Y' pipes we saw in the North American LHD models that flows marginally better. The biggest advantage though is that it elimnates the failure-prone 'Y' pipe to cross-over coupler with a bolted flange and gasket. It's completely bolt-on and should pass visual in CA. They come up often in the Parts for Sale section and are also available through different vendors.
You could consider a quality hi-flow cat to replace the stock one...something like the BONEZ. They work great but it's also just 4 bolts to swap back the stock cat if you need to for emissions.
Consider a light-weight flywheel. Technically no power increase but it might feel like you have more. I wouldn't go too light though since it's a streeted car and they're kinda spendy, especially if you don't install them yourself.
Change out the transmission and differential gear oil to a quality synthetic...Redline, NEO, Royal Purple are some popular brands. Nothing you'll feel but drive-train power loss would be a little less and they would run a little cooler.

No practical way IMO to reduce weight on a street car. If it were my car I'd get those gauges if you don't have them aready and capitalize on those cooling mods by getting the S5 thermoswitch to activate fans at 95 C. instead of 108 C. Run as much distilled water to coolant as I could get away with, maybe with one of the water-wetters out there. Upholster foam works great at plugging the gaps around the IC duct and radiator.

Oh, forgot to mention, I did pick up some Defi gauges: boost and water temp. Also got an AEM wideband o2 gauge, just in case *I do* any fuel mods in the far-flung future.

Thank you all for the suggestions.

you should have them installed reguardless of fuel mods .

also . next logical step is an EMS(engine management system) . either a PFC , or one of the reflashed ones.

Or if you want some safety and colder intake temps . try a water injection system

Since you live in cali teh PFC yo ucan have a pass inspection tune , and a WOOHOOO tune.

Gauges are the best mod to any engine. Boost, engine temp, oil pressure.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'll be getting the gauges installed very soon. All the leads are hooked up but the gauges themselves are not mounted in the interior.
