Very vague. What does "I did a clutch" mean? You replaced the clutch? If you just mean pressing the clutch pedal down, then there is a switch under the pedal that allows you to start the car. It can be disconnected to get rid of that feature; mine is.

do you have a water leak? is so you may have a short at the switch under your clutch pedal, you can loop the switch and eliminate it

Welcome to my world. I traded my 98 eclipse NA-T conversion that i rebuilt mechanically from the wheels up for an 88 FC that's beat to ****, flip out 7" LCD, a set of 17's with questionable tires and $300 cash money.

That $300 cash money is scooping up a pretty decent gxl from the local junkyard. I'll be doing a comp check on the motor before swapping my current engine into it. IMO, the shell isn't worth the headache and there's some broken suspension parts. Most importaintly, the gas gauge and directionals DO NOT WORK.

Luckily, i've built hondas and my eclipse from the ground up so i'm not jumping into my car completely blind. I'm just not looking foward to the soldering/wireing/ energy suspension bushings/dtss eliminators/standard maint/ect.........

It took me a year and a half to do this to my eclipse but i didn't have near the support you guys seem to have and from the looks of it, rotary parts are cheaper, just more work involved because it's an older car.

You're not the only one buddy. Got any pics of your FC?

Are you asking for help? Or just telling us that you burnt out your clutch?
