well, 93-95 all came out of the factory turbo.. and yeah with an intercooler also because of the turbo produce so much heat that the intercooler is there to cool it down.. and im not so sure what u mean by bigger 1?

Please speak in completely sentences without shorthand. You'll find you'll get much better answers.

Yes, all turbo RX-7s (with the exception of the turbo 1st gen) have a stock intercooler.

The stock intercooler is fine for running stock boost levels. On the FD, you'll find that the intercooler pipes are plastic and tend to expand under heat. If you intend to drive the car hard, upgrading those to stainless/aluminum will help. Next you'll find that the weak point has been moved to the plastic intercooler end tanks. At which point there are drop in all-metal stock replacements, or larger FMIC kits.

If you intend to upgrade the car, then an intercooler upgrade is required. Otherwise, the stock cooler does fine.
