New to Rotaries
Basically, for simple bolt-on mods, open up the intake and exhaust. You can gain significant power by these two mods. RacingBeat.com is a good place to start for these items, but there are other sources as well. However, if you need to pass emissions testing, your options are somewhat limited, especially in the exhaust department.
Other mods to consider are a piggy-back or stand-alone computer to alter A/F mixtures, larger secondary injectors, more capable fuel pump, turbocharger, and on and on. But those will likely get you well beyond your desired gain in power and will not be cheap.

200HP is sort of the holy grail for NA owners. If your engine is in good shape, you should be able to reach it with a nice exhaust (headers with a nice rear section and free flowing mufflers...might be loud), intake setup (cold air box, cone filter) and a good tune.
The good tune is the issue though, because it means installing a standalone and spending some time on the dyno.
Or, a 50 shot of nitrous.
