well i bought a radiator from ebay they boasted plug n play well it wasnt !! it was missing the little nipple at the bottom of the radiator so i bought a 3 way and bypassed it ! My question is this .....is this going to cause a problem ? it doesnt seem to be any hotter its really cooler since i put the bigger radiator? anyone??

What year car are we talking about? I'm thinking you bypassed the heater system if you're talking 1stgen, the 78- 85 cars.

If a 2nd gen, I would expect it to be the same thing. The heater connects at the lower radiator hose.
