As long as you run the pre mix in the gas, you will be fine without the OMP. the system more or less 'drips ' oil onto the rotors than it does 'injects' it. You're better off just running pre mix, as it will be missed with the fuel, and atomized in the injectors so more surface area will be lubricated vs the OMP system. You can run both however, just use a larger ratio (smaller amount) of pre mix in the gas.

I am actually studying to be a Honda tech and spend a lot of my time around the Honda/Acura guys. I love to give them crap about their WWD (wrong wheel drive)

I even went so far as to get them all stickers for their cars that said

I <3 Understeer

.also seems like premixing a little now and then even if your oil feeder is working doesnt sound like a bad idea. I believe someone said there is a perfect spot to hide a quart of oil or a bottle or premix in the hatch are.
