New fd owner planning on getting the first service need advice

Hi guys I'm a new owner recently
Iv always loved rx7s
And landed myself a silver 2000 type r fd with 70000ks on the clock,
Fairly clean with a few scratches and dents but I'll work on that later,
I bought it off someone and it was sitting for five years with regular start ups
Iv changed the mushroom type air filter coz they were really bad and I think a quarter sucked into the turbo by the time I noticed but can't be sure, iv had one instance were the car would spool up than stutter but now its gone and runs fine so not sure what that was,
But anyway I'm looking at getting the first service as the new owner and new to owning a turbo car .. I don't use it for a daily more for Sunday drives but I want full reliability and maintaince for my peace of mind that iv got a decent rotary and doing the right thing,

1.Do I need a compression test even tho the car seems to start up fine, not smoke at all, drive, and sounds normal,

2.Do I need to service turbos and what does that entail?

3.And for servicing the car what parts are required for me to buy
What Filters?
What type and how many spark plugs?
Type of engine oil?
Do I need to premix?

4. Car doesn't have a turbo timer do I need one?

And furthermore to have it running more reliable and although keeping it as stock as possible what better modifications would be good at looking at doing sometime soon?

Thanks looking forward from opinions and knowledge from experienced owners
