Judging by the auction, 999.99 would be a fair price. I would not spend $2000 on it though.

Crappy cheap mods, a leak in the coolant system, and someone who still thinks premium gas helps...

The seller does not understand how to make a sentence with proper punctuation and capitalization. There are spelling errors. This translates to "sloppy".

The seller did not mention the window trim is rusted out and will need to be replaced. Also the battery hold down is missing (dangerous). Where is the fuse box cover? The spark plug wires do not go through the factory bracket. Looks like the car has gone through a crappy repaint. The stereo surround is cracked. The steering wheel looks like poop. There appears to be a considerable dent on the roof. The interior cannot be cleaned "like new", but it can be cleaned. Why was the stereo harness cut? That's a sign of sloppy work.

These are all little nitpicks I know, but the seller has mentioned none of them and they add up to a considerable amount to fix.

Then again, we are talking about a $1000 car here, and in that sense, the body seems solid.

Ohh... i guess i never read into how spelling and punctuation affect the car... I see the punctuation errors but the spelling ones didnt pop out at me.

The little things dont really bother me, i can fix those easily. But thanks for the info!!
