There are several headlight conversion kits out there, but I'm having a hard time figuring out which ones are street legal. (That is, 1. Would not provoke a citation, and 2. Would pass inspection.) Any suggestions?

 

As far as I have seen, none of them are DOT legal, however I doubt that a cop would pull you over just for your headlights, unless you use some weird colored bulbs...
It takes a bit of testing to legalize them, which most vendors don't bother with due to the added cost of the tests.
