alright so i know the seals on the rotors are pretty delicate and it dont take much to trash your prized possession. so what are the simple mods needed to keep you from suffering down the line. thanks for the help...

Well, that's both true and untrue.

When tuned properly a rotary is very reliable. But because there are simply fewer parts to fail, failure of a part generally means a larger effect. If you chip the corner of one piston ring on a V8, it's unlikely anyone would notice unless a leakdown test was done on every cylinder. But if you chip an apex seal, you've lost a significant amount of compression across two rotor faces.

Now, the answer to your question will be generic because you have not provided any detail about what kind of rotary engine you are referring to. For example, NA engines are almost impossible to blow up. Turbo engines can be blown up easily through shoddy tuning.

What exactly are you looking to do?

just build a realibe dd you can say but i still want to be putting down some good numbers. somewhere in the high 300's to maybe low 400. im pretty new to the world of rotary though and its a totally different beast then a normal engine.

right now im running a 93' fd but the guy before me put some wrench time in. its street ported and single turbo now. one of the main things i was looking into was installing a methnol kit though heard alot of good things about them. it also had the greddy pulleys. whats your take on these i heard alot of mixed things. thanks.

Aftermarket pulleys are pointless in a street application. All you'll succeed in doing is reducing the efficiency of your cooling and charging system.

I have never bothered with any kind of aux injection. Others like it, but I find the necessity to fill a bottle to go against the "street driven" definition.

Mid to high 300s are easy. What are the specs of the single turbo?

its a gt35/45 hybrid turbo set up...i have yet to actually look at the car. im currently deployed and took a chance on rotary trader. so you would suggest removing the aftermarket pulleys and going back to stock? and i have read that going with aux injection reduces temps by like 20 degrees
