My 89 Convertible won't raise the top electrically. Rotating the electrical **** forward has no effect...no buzzer, no nothin'!

I can lower the top electrically, but had to jumper the hand-brake switch to get it to work. Top works smoothly if bypassed and moved by hand.

There are supposed to be 4 relays that control the motors, can't find them unless they are integral in both motor assemblys.
