CA need Help with s5 to s4 enigne swap

I'm getting a complete s4 NA with a manual transmission engine to replace my blown s5 NA automatic in my 1990 FC. Included with the s4 engine I'm getting the transmission, ECU, wiring harness and drive shaft. I'm doing a complete swap so I would like to know what else I would need to do the swap

Im new to the Rotary game so any help would be greatly appreciated

Don't waste your time with the S4 wiring or ECU. The electronics & wiring are completely between series. Use only the S4 short block, minus the front cover. Swap on the S5 front cover & electronic OMP. Reuse the S5 manifolds, water pump housing, sensors, wiring & ECU.

You'll need to make some small modifications to the S4 block to accept the S5 intake manifolds: http://homepage.mac.com/carldavis/intake.html.

And you'll need to get a hold of some more parts to do an automatic to manual transmission swap: http://www.rotaryresurrection.com/2n...to_5speed.html.
