You're gonna need a 10mm socket and a LONG extension.
I don't think you'll need to pull the bumper, but you will need to get behind the fender liner.
Remove the wheel and jack the car up. You'll see some bolts that hold the fender liner in the car. Remove those.
There will be three nuts that hold the fender to the front bumper.
There is one nut hidden behind the fender at about where the trim is. You will need a long extension to get this one.
There is one at the top of the fender. Open the door all the way to get it. It's right where the fender, door, and windshield meet up.
There are two under the car near where you put the jack. These may be very rusty. Use "PB blaster" spray to get them loose.
Then it's just the 5 or 6 bolts you see in the engine bay.

Directly below the bolt near where windshield, fender, and door meet up is a nut about halfway down. You just need to loosen this as the fender tab is open on one end. If I remember correctly, there is one bolt facing towards the driver behind the bumper cover. Not sure if you can get to that with the bumper off or not. Mine was already taken off when I decided to remove the fenders.
