Need Help with assembling Doors

Iheres the car I'm working on,. I have the door handle, inside and out, and two rods that run from the outside handle into the door. I was wondering g if anybody could help me with a diagram on how to hook them up since my interior handles won't open the door but my exteriors will

You'll have to start by removing the interior door panels and investigate, repair and replace as needed. It's usually pretty intuitive. The rods sometimes bend, less often (IMO) then become disconnected. ---> https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generati...panels-361927/

Here's a picture of mine. The orientation of this picture is sideways; the bottom of the panel is to the left on the picture.

The bigger rod goes into the pink insert. The smaller rod goes into the yellow-ish insert that is next to (under in my picture) those wire connections. They just pop in, and then they're held in by integrated clips.

Make sure to reconnect the spring under the screw that attaches the metal lever to the assembly!

Thanks for the link to that thread, but I'm getting an error when I try to follow the links referenced in it. They're going to clubrx.org, and it looks to be gone...
