Need help 1990 rx7 wont start (has sat for a while)

Ok its been a while since I've been on here but I just got another 7 finally and need help. Ok it's a 90 model n/a and it had sat for a few years. I started by dropping the tank and cleaning it (had some gel in the bottom). But brand new fuel pump and filters . Also sea foam and ATF were put and the motor turned over, But still want start I looked up how to just make sure you have compression by pulling plugs and listing and it sounds good. I get spark but I don't seem to get fuel. One more thing is the valve on top of the tank (I guess it is a return line of some sort) broke so I don't have it hooked up could that be it or possibly clogged injector?

So what's your thoughts could it be the valve on top of the tank or what?

Just a shot in the Dark a quick way to check if your getting fuel to the block is to crank the motor without the plugs in. In a normal situation you will see the fuel shoot out the plug holes...and if your flooding the motor this is a good way to clear out all that excess gas homie..
