Maybe a little history of this problem would be helpful. Did this just occur one day or happen after you made some modifications or other repairs? Did you check the fuses near the dead pedal on the driver's side as well as the ones in the engine bay?

It just happened out of the blue. I just turned on my lights like any other night. The lights would flip up but wouldn't turn on. all fuses were good, so im guessing the switch its self is bad.

Mine did the same thing, it was a relay... Thanks god, because the switches cost a fortune and are a pain in the *** to replace lol.

Try swapping around a few relays and see if that fixes your problem... If so, snag up a new relay. Good luck.
