Is my engine Done?

I have a gslse and a month I did a tune up and worked on the cooling system. It ran well for about 300 miles and then it started having issues starting. I did have a small white cloud come out the pipe at cold start prior to the tune up but wasn't constant smoke just a fart. I was gonna try the Alumiseal approch to see if that helped. Atm the car cranks but doesn't start its been throwing a lot of white smoke when I crank more than ever. Are the water seals Gone? Will the Alumiseal treatment help at this point?

Any help/suggestions from you Rotaryheads will be appreciated Thanks.

Excerpt from the Second Gen FAQ:

I think my engine has been overheated. How can I check to see if the coolant seals are good?
Fill coolant system ALL THE WAY UP (engine cold). Make sure that the fluid level is as high as you can get it. Leave the filler cap off. Remove the EGI fuse. Crank the motor (it should not start). If you get a LARGE amount of coolant coming out of the coolant fill, its safe to assume your coolant seals are blown. Also, a good indication is a fuel/exhaust smell in the coolant.
I would personally stay away from any product promising to 'fix' gaskets, seals or anything of the sort. There is a right way to approach blown coolant seals (teardown & rebuild). Almost unilaterally, these 'magic goo' products will lead to an even bigger, and costlier, headache because the owner attempted to cheap out and take a shortcut. Imagine having to scrape/chisel the Alumiseal goo out of the coolant passages in the rotor housings, irons & water pump housing by hand, IF they're salvageable at all.

If in doubt, seek the opinion of our logic messiah Aaron Cake. If a product gets his approval, it has proven itself to a very high degree.

Thats a good point you make. Will a destroyed seal not allow my car to start? And what parts will I need to repair this problem?

Does the white smoke smell like fuel? Has the engine been flooded?

Yeah it smells a lot like fuel & I noticed that its leaking dark gas (Oil looking) out the cat which has crack in the middle of it.

I tryed the method you posted but I have a 1st gen so I removed the engine 20A fuse and cranked it. No burst of water of any kind. When the car use to run I remember checking for bubbles in the radiator fillhole and there was none.
