I have a 93 RX7 touring with a 13b Twin Turbo Manual transmission. It lags a little when you take off and sometimes when i stop and try to take off again it it will rev up to around 2,000 rpms and then it will just drop down to an idle even though I have the gas peddle to the floor. It will fix itself if i just let it idle for a minute. Does this sound like a throttle body issue?

and pull codes.

 

It is meth injected, but otherwise stock. It has about 120,000 miles on the body but the motor has been rebuilt..
