Please help!!

I am working on an FD twin turbo engine and someone lost the crank and tdc mounting plate.

Is there anyone who can trace a plate like this and email me a scan or something that I can use as a template to make a new plate?

I am in Cape Town, South Africa and to find parts for this engine is virtually impossible.

I include a photo of the plate. Note that I have the sensors.
