Metal or paper gasket?

This is probibly a stupid question but I am re-installing the turbos back on the car and I cant remember if the oil return lines were metal or paper gaskets. I am asking because I have some new paper gaskets laying around that match up perfectly. Could I use those? This is for an fd by the way.

metal gaskets. if the coating on them is a little worn out then a light coat of hylomar or something similar will help seal it.
