I am in the process of tearing down a 12a. I am just about complete except for one nut. I cannot get the darn thing off. I have tried heat, wax, liquids and more heat. It is now stripping after i took the impact gun after it. It's the back nut on the intake manifold. My question is can I replace the stud?

 

Oh boy PB PB PB PB PB PB and more PB and than heat and impact! I broke mine with impact. Next time I will soak in penatrating oil

 

I actually welded a rod to the bolt and presto, I bent the rod. I cut it off last night. I read the studs can be replaced, the should just be standard shredded studs, I hope.
