KS looking for more info on the "Buzzer"

Hey guys! here is somthing i have noticed there isnt that much info on, the buzzer(not the beeper) that sounds for a few different warnings as well as when we hit redline. So far all i have found is that it is located in the gauge cluster. I have not fiddled with taking out my cluster just yet, but i wanted to know if the buzzer can be replaced, or if the whole cluster needs to be replaced, and if would it be possible to replace the buzzer with some other form of noise making device via splicing the wires. the reason for all the questions is that my buzzer dose not work, and would like to explore my options befor i make an attempt to fix it. i dont want to swap out the cluster, would perfer to replace the buzzer if possible. but if i have to i can replace the whole thing....blah. all right that all the questions for tonight thank you all.

It's likely soldered to the circuit board (ie no wires). A possible fix would be to desolder/resolder the joints. I haven't gone looking for the buzzer, but the "beeper" in the CPU is a little black speaker soldered to the board. I'm assuming the "buzzer" is similar.

If the buzzer really is toast, you could almost definitely swap a used one in.
