Looking for help witch parts to get a 13B over 700Hp

My name is Devid Fodor
I have a RX7 FD3S-95
imported from Japan...
I have sent the engine to a guy in Sweden rotary preformance
to fix it up to 6-700hp
but I wonder about the fuil injection if I want to use E85... or thats a bad ide..
and turbo I wonder about HKS T04z can it handle that kind of power?
and so on... would be nice to get some ide
