I've been scouring Craigslist for an FC at a very low price, we're talking sub $1400 here. As you can imagine, most vehicles below this price point need some sort of TLC. I have found a clean car that claims all that's needed is a new motor (failed radiator hose led to a cooked motor). I was hoping to find a replacement motor and swap it in. Can anyone please give me a ballpark for what a healthy 13B would run? I've seen some ads as low as $300 and others as high as $850; I'm learning these motors are not a dime a dozen. If anyone can provide some honest feedback on what I'm looking to do I would greatly appreciate it.

Rebuilt could be as much as 4k depending on what you put in it.
