LIM removal

Is there an easier way to take off the LIM than removing the throttle body and everything above the LIM?

u can try to take it all out as an assembly, but that would probably be a pain. not to mention a heavy sumbeech.

No. It all must come off but it is not that big of a deal just make sure to make notes of vaccuum line location. The UIM and throttle body can come off as a unit.

but as others said you should just take the UIM off it is not that hard to get the LIM off unless you have a Turbo II even then it's not bad
