Lapping questions!

So I finally took apart my rx7 t2 motor s4 and found that my front/center/and rear irons had pretty good sizes scuff marks on them. OUCH! I don't have any measuring equipment. So here are a few picks, and the deepest scuff is about 1-1.2 business card deep. Are this still Lappable?

They are lappable.

But really, at the minimum you need a straight edge and a set of feeler gauges.

This wear is pretty normal for a high mileage engine.

You should show the pics of the front gear -- we needed to smack the front of the e-shaft with the sledge to remove it. o_O
