JDM pull out

I am looking at a jdm pull out 13b for my fd and i was wondering if if i could buy one with an automatic trans and use it in my 5 speed car with out changing my harness?

not too familar with the fd but i think all u'll need to swap is the flywheel provided i understand what ur asking about putting the engine from an auto into ur 5spd fd.
