JDM Import 13bt Questions ECU Identification

Hello fellow Rotary freaks,
this is my first post so pardon the redundancy. I'm planning on buying an FC3S turbo. It's an import from Japan. I'm trying to get to the bottom of something. It pertains to the ECU.

I've read that the Japanese ECU comes stock N374 and German is N380. I've also read that 89 turbos from Japan came stock with N380. The seller sent me a pic of the ECU and it has four terminals which raised questions in my head. The labels are not readable. Does the n380 have four terminals? I know that n374 has 3 but for the life of me I can't find a decent picture of an n380. I'm hoping someone can clear this up for me. Thanks for your time everyone.

With appreciation,

Rotary Alkymist

I believe they have 4 yellow connectors and one blue connector. But I may be thinking of a fd. But my gut feeling is they have 4 yellow connectors and a blue one. I think the fd3 s6 is the same Don't 100% remember. Someone on here should surely be able to answer.

Thanks for the reply. I did more research and the fd has 4 terminals. Auto fc also has four. I'm doing an s5 turbo to s4 n/a swap. After a solid week of searching these very forums I found all the schematics I need to get the job done. I'll be posting an in depth swap prodecure. Focusing on what seems to be the main problem for everyone -wiring. I'd like to demystify this swap. Thanks again for the reply.
