Why? you are not planing on using them as driving lights are you?

LED would be your best bet and I have seen a few guys in the club who have done it

Connect them to a good source of 12V through a relay (connect to the battery via a fuse), then switch the relay with your IGN or turn signal 12V.

ok LED's didn't do anything but COPS seem to watch me more. How can i get my FTP lights to shine as bright as my headlights? i metered the volts coming out of the bulb. fogs are like 11.58 and the regular markers are 10.57. i haven't measured the headlights themeless yet. I'll have to build harnesses... damn. can anyone help me here?? i'm so lost.

and again o can fix anything the ARMY throws at me. but electronics? damn i need to be walked by hand in that field. i have a few relays, but i get the dear in the headlight look at drawings. and i'm super lazy to look up the wireing diagram to figure out which is the ignition and what not. help me please

I've already given you the answer. Run them directly through the battery with a relay. Trigger the relay from whatever source you want (headlights, marker lights, etc.). The FTP lenses will NEVER be as bright as the headlights as they are not designed for that purpose. They are a low wattage bulb without any reflector.
