More information is needed.

Engine bay layout (pictures?)?

Power level?

Turbo specs?

Boost level?

No one can make any recommendations without knowing the details of the car.

Brands? Garrett makes nice intercooler cores, as does Greddy and HKS.

I think that it is best to design a custom intercooler for a custom project such as yours. Here in the USA, I use Spearco, but you can probably find a good custom Anzac intercooler and avoid the extra shipping and labor costs.

The usual method for choosing an intercooler is to first determine the airflow and cooling requirements, which is usually given in cubic feet per minute (CFM) and % thermal efficiency. Your engine's displacement, volumetric efficiency (porting), and rpm range will affect the airflow rate, and your compressor efficiency and boost level will relate to the thermal efficiency required. This will allow you to get a general idea of what kind of intercooler core will be optimal for your particular engine. Then assemble most of the engine bay and make a cardboard mock-up of the intercooler to check for proper fitting. At this point you would also decide how to run the plumbing, and therefore how to design the intercooler end tanks. A custom intercooler shop can help you with the sizing if your brain hurts at this point. By the way, a similar process applies to choosing a custom radiator, so you may want to design both at the same time if you have not already chosen an aftermarket radiator.
