I'm not quite sure what you are asking because the question is phrased oddly.
Will the TII upper intake fit the NA lower intake? No.
Will the TII lower intake fit the 6 port block? Yes, if you port match it. But then you need to use the complete TII intake system and there is no reason to do this unless you are planning to use the turbo as well...

and yes i am going turbo soon so i have to buy the TII upper and lower intake and will it fit my engine with out major fabrication.

Metal has to be taken out of the TII LIM to accomodate the 6-port block.
