can s4 secondary fuel injectors be used in my s5 using s5 rails? and wiring harness?

 

The plug is different. S4 injectors have a square plug, S5 have a round plug.

There also may be an impedance mismatch depending on the year of S4. Early S4s until about 87.5 were low impedance, all newer cars were high impedance.
