T&B rotary

Ok i have hesitation in my 88 t2 so I am gonna change my vacuum hoses.anyways my engine has 35k and set up for a few years runs good but acts like a vacuum leak.well i took the injectors out to check them and noticed all the little valves inside are positioned different are they suppost to be?? Or are that bad I tested them kinda and that all turn off and on but valves are different in all of them their stock 550cc denso..
