WV information regarding s5 intake swap

I know this has been covered many times but the few I can see that aren't full of nonsense are links that lead to a blank page for whatever reason. I have been looking awhile now.

I am using an s4 LIM, s5 UIM. I have port matched all the runners and I'm waiting on one more gasket to come in the mail, I got new injector seals as well. I wish I had a link that had a step by step guide. Really need help with the vacuum lines and ensuring the 5th and 6th ports work properly, along with the VDI.

Since I am using s5 injectors with the clips spliced onto the s4 harness, do I use the two bolt spacer that goes between the block and the primary fuel rail? The s4 had no spacer but the injectors are longer. I'm assuming I should be using all the s5 fuel rails?

How should the port sleeves be positioned? / \ like that? Would that be with the opening of the sleeve being pointed up or down?

The vacuum lines are old and hardened to a certain degree and I'm considering replacing them all but not sure yet since there not bad necessarily, what would you all do? If I had a proper diagram/reference on the vacuum lines corresponding to the swap I would be happier replacing them all.

Thanks in advance for any help,

Kenneth.
