Increased shifting "resistance" after transmission oil change
I just had the tranny oil changed on my 93 FD a couple of weeks ago. Ever since the change there has been a slight disjointedness, almost a light 'thud', when shifting from 2nd to 3rd that did not occur before the change. If I downshift from 4th to 3rd it does not occur. It's only on the 2nd to 3rd change. Looks like there's a lot of info on here about 5th gear problems but not much if anything on this. I'm doubting it's a synchro issue or anything serious since it only occurred after the fluid change. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
Thanks

Well it's a mazda and rx7 shop specifically, so I would hope so. Honestly I'm not sure. Every gear feels fine except when I go from 2nd to 3rd at a specific RPM range. If I short shift it feels fine, if I redline 2nd it feels fine. It's in the normal daily driving shifting range that it feels just slightly clunky. I'm wondering if it's something as simple as a brand difference from what was in there compared to what it was replaced with.
If there is ATF in there worst case, just drain and refill or $$$?
