Idle boucing, not sure whats causing it.

Ive ready many many posts on this issue, i have a 90 gxl n/a, ive checked all the vacuums with the starter fluid and didnt notice and significant jumps other than the bouncing idle that it has, it is streetported, i know theres a more actual term for it but i forgot :p but with tinkering i noticed it will have a quick bounce, between 1000 and 1500rpm, ill rev it up a little, and then when it goes to idle it has a slow bounce to it.. jump up and then ease down to 1000 and the jump up.. ill then rev it up a little again and when it comes down to idle it will jump once or so and stay at an even 1100rpm idle.... So to me it doesnt seem like a vacuum leak, ive been leaning more towards the tps, is there any way i can re adjust or calibrate it to have a smooth idle? Or do i have to replace the whole unit? This indeed is my first rotary, im only 20, so bare with me a little, haha, and thanks for any help you can throw at me! Thanks!

Hit up the FSM in then 2nd gen forum, look up to adjust the TPS, and also resetting the idle at the variable resistor, should be under the emissions section IIRC

Green/Red wire of the TPS should read close to 1 volt w/key to on and the engine as hot as possible (20 minute drive will do).
