FL idle?

Hey guys i got a 87 n/a that has some idle issues. I searched but only could find partial answers. First off when i start my car it revs to 3000 likes its supose to, then drops to about a 1000. I don't think its warming all the way up though because once i start driving it will idle at like 2500 when i stop. The next time i stop it will be 2000, then 1500, and after that its usally perfect at 800. Latley though when i let off the gas and/or hit the brakes the car drops to like 400 and almost dies. It also did it when i first got the car like a month and a half ago but then didn't do it for a long time. Now though it's worse, i went to turn onto my street and it completly shut off. I did go for a joy ride like a half hour before and hit it a couple times and did a couple want-to-be drifts. It ran fine after that, it wasnt till i drove about 15 miles, shut the car off for about five mins, then started it. After that as soon as i got to the first stop sign it started doing it. Also the light for my ebrake won't shut off even though the brake is all the way off. I doubt that has anything to do with it, its definitly not engaged at all i can coast at like 5 and i don't feel anything. When i searched it sounded like a vacume leak but why would it stop doing it for like a month then? And i couldn't find one doing exactly what mine is. Thanks in advance! Hope i was specific enough.
