So as the title states my rx7 93 is idling at 2,500 - 3,500 rpm.

The engine was just rebuild and is still on break in tune. Meaning to drive without boost and keep under 3,000 rpms.

My question is should I still be driving it? Also if any ideas on how to fix this come up please post!

It seems you are running a standalone EMS. My first guess would be to say that your source of idle air control (whether it be the BAC or a IAC you installed) is open too much allowing the car to idle that high.

With the EMS, you should be able to adjust the idle air control (or Bypass Air Control) to close more and lower the idle.

Otherwise, if that looks good and you know your idle tune is decent, check for vacuum leaks....

 

Hello! Accutaly it was rather simple, the idle screw got loose :/

I'm on the stage of beginer and didn't know where it was.
