Identify these shocks

Maybe I am posting this in the wrong place, but I am pretty new to posting on this forum. I bought these shocks dirt cheap second hand. They were advertised as "I think they are Tokicos" They are darker than the Tokico blues I have seen, and they have no manufacturer's stamp on them. They do have what appears to be a part number "JTA01M95" and are made in Japan but google didnt find any results for that number.

Any insight would be helpful.
