First, you take out the screws/bolts/nuts/clips then you take the piece off, do this until the part your after is removed. Watch out for fluids and try not to lose anything and try to remember where stuff goes and be careful not to break anything and then put it back together the same way it came off. Easy as pie!

Good luck!

Welcome to the board.

Check the sticky threads at the top of this section. You should find links to the shop manuals in them.

there are no Chiltons or Haynes manuals for the third gen RX-7
you can find PDF's of the Mazda service manuals out there on the internets

is there a particular reason your pulling your car apart like that?

id suggest TONS of sandwich bags and a marker... make sure you log EVERYTHING... trust me on this, i pulled my engine, engine bay, interior and so on apart and it was a giant pain in the *** putting it back together... label all connectors and so on.

https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/faq-3rd-gen-other-useful-links-68640/ Look for the buyer's guides.

Definitely take your time and make an informed purchase. 3rd gen RX-7s are not for everybody and not for most people's needs, and there are many floating about for sale that are going to cost the next owner loads of money to fix. You need to make sure you get a good car if you pay full market value, and if you get a bargain or imperfect car you should plan to spend the extra money anyway to fix it up.
