Well i just joined the site as you can see i also just picked u an 83 gsl with 74k on it running excellent in very nice condition. Well this week on the highway you could never beleive what passsed me.. lol my own rear tire and rim thank .blonk car fell right on the rear hub and i scrapped my way to the breakdown lane. Pretty cary def. the last guy who put the rikken rims on the back only caught two threads on the bolts i found out it was a pretty scary and embarrising moment. Well i cannot find a used rear hub for a gsl anywhere on ebay any suggestions im pretty broke now after buying new tres and doing a full tune up.

 

Sounds like you may just need to buy a new rear rotor and possibly caliper. You can buy them at most parts stores, although they usually need to be ordered.
