HVAC controls dead

Hello All!
I need help please, I have and 87 t2 with all the dash wiring APPEARING to be intact BUT....no blower no level switch nothing dead to the world. the big plug that goes into the passenger knee panel device has been butchered. Either my control is crap or whoever cut the plug to that device jacked things up. Does anyone know how to get the controls alive again? only 1 fuse under dash blown for read wiper wll other fuses good. thanks
joe

Welcome to the forum, being as how they're electrical issues, I'd suggest tracing each individual wire (time consuming) back to either the power source or fusebox to confirm there are not any tears/frays/clipped pieces. Being as how you're saying there are some questionable pieces of wiring, I'd presume there is quite more underneath the front plastics.

The logicon is known for having poor solder joints and resulting in a non operational unit. If you can confirm that the wiring to the unit is good, you're likely looking to replace or repair the logicon.
