I was installing a battery relocation kit from pettit racing on my 93 fd LHD. I was planning on putting it behind my seat and the directions was stating to use the gas tank strap bolt as the negative. It looks like the previous owner tried to install one and broke the bolt. Do I have to drop the gas tank to replace the bolt? I attached a picture below. It's located inbetween the tubs and the trunk. There is a bolt on the other side that is symmetrical. To be honest, I'm not even 100% sure that's the gas tank strap bolt because the pettit instructions was a picture at 480p. Plus I can't find any information online on how to replace it. Any information helps, thank you.
