How do I Port?
I have no clue on how streetporting is performed on an RX7. Are there kits for this? Mine is an 82 12a if the porting is any different.

Porting requires tearing the engine down, followed by a full rebuild. There are no kits. There are only templates, videos and grinding tools.

porting is the easy part geting the money for replacing parts is hard bit, after stripping down my block found the side plates were worn beond mazda tollarance so replaced them
