How do I get this "woo-woo" sound?

On some setups it can come down to what brand and/or how the wastegate is setup to achieve such noise. Others it can simply be the BOV or how the BOV is setup to release via recirculating or atmospheric. Allthough I dont recall one brand/method being guarented to make that noise.
